At Shepherd Ministries, our team isn’t defined by titles—it’s defined by presence. Whether offering a listening ear, helping ministries thrive, or simply showing up with prayer and encouragement, we each share a calling to walk alongside others with humility and hope.
Meet Pastor Kevin
With more than 30 years of ministry in Central Florida, Dr. Kevin Urichko brings a steady presence and a shepherd’s heart to those navigating life’s hardest seasons. He’s passionate about meeting people right where they are—offering spiritual direction, encouragement, and the kind of wisdom that only comes from walking closely with Jesus through both joy and hardship.
Whether through pastoral counseling, memorial services, weddings, or speaking engagements, Kevin’s ministry is grounded in compassion, hope, and deep care for others.
Appointments and service inquiries can be made through our Services page.
Meet Rebecca
Rebecca Lang leads the outward-facing mission of Shepherd Ministries, helping us build meaningful relationships across the community. With a rich background in both business and ministry, she brings heart, strategy, and vision to every initiative. Whether partnering with local churches, walking with individuals through hard seasons, or helping organizations thrive, Rebecca is constantly asking: Who can we serve next, and how can we show up well?
She works closely with Pastor Kevin and our team to shape and guide each program, always keeping the focus on love in action and the transforming presence of Jesus in everyday life.
Meet Our Founders
Roger and Carol Shepherd laid the foundation—literally and spiritually—for what Shepherd Ministries is today. As the founders of both Shepherd Ministries and the Florida Counseling Foundation, they’ve spent more than 30 years pouring into individuals, couples, and families through counseling, marriage intensives, and spiritual mentorship.
Their legacy runs deep—not just in the broader community, but personally, too. Pastor Kevin and his wife, Linda, first encountered the Shepherds through a small group at Northland Church and count them as treasured mentors. Their influence continues to shape Kevin and Linda’s approach to marriage, family, and ministry.
