The online donation engine is completely free for you to use if your company is a qualified tax-exempt non-profit organization only. If you choose to use other features of UltraCart besides the donation engine (such as selling products online, email marketing, operator assisted chat, etc.) your account will automatically be upgraded to a normal UltraCart account.
